Sherman, in addition to her career as an attorney, actor, and writer, has been an adjunct professor at American University, where she created an award-winning curriculum in Arts Law in the Masters of Arts Management Program. Among other seminars she has conducted, is Acting for Lawyers at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Pam is actively involved in the international organization, Young Presidents’ Organization, Chairing the Spouse Experience for the 2009 Global Leadership Conference. She has been a resource for a variety of programs for YPO including Chapter Events, Conferences, and Youth and Family Programming. She is a member of the bar of the State of New York, Actor’s Equity Association, and the Screen Actor’s Guild.

The Three-Pronged Customized Approach:
Sherman offers intensive group and individual training using a three-pronged customized approach:
I. Assessment: An exploration of the individual skill requirements with the use of a customized questionnaire for each participant.
II. Training: Intense group or individual sessions with exercises geared to develop the EDGE™.
III. MAP: “My Action Plan” is provided with core elements to help maintain the EDGE™.
